Remove clear cap and spray prevention clip from the nasal spray bottle
Make sure your nose is clear before proceeding
Place inside the nostril with a grip on either side in preparation to spray
Spray the Tanning Solution upwards towards the back of the nose
Pump 3 sprays a day in the initial loading phase until your desired tan is achieved. After this, 3 sprays once or twice a week. Easy.
Tilt head backwards slightly and sniff if needed to keep the Tanning Solution from dripping
