1. Remove clear cap and spray prevention clip from the nasal spray bottle

2. Make sure your nose is clear before proceeding

3. Place inside the nostril with a grip on either side in preparation to spray

4. Spray the Tanning Solution upwards towards the back of the nose

5. Pump 3 sprays a day in the initial loading phase until your desired tan is achieved. After this, 3 sprays once or twice a week. Easy.

6. Tilt head backwards slightly and sniff if needed to keep the Tanning Solution from dripping

7. Enjoy tan
